Commitment Ceremonies 

Commitment ceremonies offer an opportunity for you to make a personal, public declaration of your life-long love and commitment to your partner. They are suitable for couples who cannot or choose not to marry legally.

In most cases a commitment ceremony is very similar to a wedding ceremony, just without some of the wording that makes a marriage lawful and without the legal paperwork. A celebrant cannot pretend to be actually marrying a couple during a commitment ceremony , but for all intents and purposes it serves  similar purpose ...a celebration of love between two people.

The format of the ceremony can be very similar to that of a wedding, with exchange or rings, vows , readings and ceremonial certificate which I will make for you.  A commitment ceremony, like a marriage, can take place in a home, on a beach, in a garden, or any venue that is special to the couple.
